Our Policies

Arrival Time 

  • Normal check in time is from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. We are flexible with this if you make  arrangements 48 hours in advance.  


Departure Time 

  • Check out time is 11:00 a.m.   

Reservation Policies 

  • All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and the reservations are held by credit card deposit in the amount of one night’s stay. Balance is due upon check in. We do have a two-night stay requirement. Please enjoy free coffee, hot tea, and bottled water during your stay.  



  • Rates for accommodations are for a maximum double occupancy, unless room has a second bed. Add a $20 charge for an additional adult. All rates are subject to change  without notice. Rates are also subject to the 13% Room Tax.   



  • We require a 48 hour notice for all regular reservations. Cancellations made outside of this time frame will be charged $50 cancellation fee to the credit  card used to hold the room. All (no call, no show) reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay to the credit card used to hold the room. This policy is in place since last minute cancellations make re-booking very unlikely.

Cancellations for Special Events 

  • Special events, holidays and group reservations will require a 7 day cancellation notice.  



  • We have private off-street parking to accommodate guests.  



  • A full breakfast is served Saturday and Sunday mornings and is included in the room  rate. Coffee will be served at 8:30 a.m., breakfast is served at 9 a.m. in our dining  room. Coffee is also available in each of the bedrooms.

  • No breakfast is served Monday thru Friday mornings (unless arranged for in advance) and thus the room rate is lower for these 5 nights.  



  • Angell Manor is a non-smoking inn. All forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes are allowed outside only.



  • No Pets are allowed in rooms or on the property



  • No Children under the age of 15 are allowed
